Yesss, you're officially here before everyone else! Thank you for supporting me from day one, whether you found me at 'Soothe' or 'Raven' or you've just tuned in. As a small, totally independent artist with no team or label, working away at my first EP from 5-9 (outside a 9-5), I can't tell you how much it means that there are real cool humans out there who wanna support another real human's dreams and obsess over underrated indie gems BEFORE everyone else has jumped on the bandwagon.

Literally, the day ones are the reason artists make it big at all. You give me the motivation to keep pushing, releasing music, and to never give up. I hope you love this one.

Behind the scenes 🎬 🤫

Lock The Door came about on a rainy day in Trondheim, Norway. I arrived in studio with my producer, Lars Emil, after having requested we write a lighthearted summer bop. Alas, as is the weather so frequently in this beautiful city, grey skies brought a different mood.

Somehow, everything was peaceful and chill and just right to write a painfully honest song. I'd just seen a first love after nine years living in different countries, and somehow we'd wound up in the same country again. I had no idea where reopening this door might lead, and as much as instinct told me to protect myself, I decided it was about time to do the hardest thing of all... and let down my walls.
